Had an emergency water leak on Easter weekend. Not only did Mike and his partner shuffle their schedule to make it to my house, but they didn't try to overcharge for coming out on short notice. That is really rare these days. The repair was quick and clean. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you guys for good work and being honest.

Came home today, a Sunday, from a funeral in California. Got home after 9 PM and all I wanted to do was get a shower and get to bed. Turned on the shower to heat up and noticed water was not draining. Then I checked toilets and realized they weren’t draining either! A member of a community Facebook page recommended AZ Emergency Plumbing. I called them and they were at my home in less than 30 minutes. Within minutes they figured out the problem!! Less than hour from the time I called to when it was fixed and I was in the shower!!! Great guy and great service! I know who I’ll be calling next time I need plumbing help!!!

Can’t say enough good things! Awesome customer experience and very speedy response! Our water heater gave out and was leaking water everywhere at 11 pm at night, we did not know what to do. Without hesitation and with a very quick response time the crew was here working. Field tech Mike was very knowledgeable and walked us through every step. He even came out a few weeks later when we were having some issues and took care of us no questions asked- you can’t find that nowadays. I Couldn’t recommend this company enough. I am excited to get our water softener system with them soon as well!

They showed up very quickly after I called them. Mike was very knowledgeable, and did a great job getting the blocked lines unclogged.

Mike and Joseph are awesome, I had a different company come the other day and they didn’t even care to check every possible issue mike and Joseph came in and snaked my pipes and immediately knew that problem and fixed it. Clean and neat definitely recommend them.

Called AZ Emergency Plumbing for what I thought was a broken garbage disposal. Larry arrived to fix it within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, told me it wasn’t a broken disposal and had it working properly within minutes! Friendly, courteous, honest service. Where do I even begin?! I had several plumbers come out to look at why my toilets/showers/sinks all of a sudden backed up. (Water everywhere) Other plumbers snaked and said I was good to go since the water went down and was no longer spilling out everywhere. Not Mike at AZ Emergency Plumbing! Mike didn't give up and found the actual PROBLEM. My main sewer line had broke and apparently had been backing up for YEARS till finally it blew. If it hadn't of been for all of Mike's determination/professionalism and actually caring, there's no doubt that I would continue having issues for many years. Mike found the problem rather than putting a bandaid on it. I will FOREVER be GRATEFUL in finding Mike AKA my Guardian Angel. Called for a drain issue and got very fast response. I was expecting to wait days since a clogged sink isn't really an emergency. Got it fixed same day. I was very surprised and impressed.

AZ Emergency Plumbing first cam to our house years ago when we did have an emergency. They were prompt, thorough, and fixed the problem. We have used them a few more times for everyday plumbing repairs and a new RO system. We highly recommend AZ Emergency plumbing.

They are a great company the person that came out was Mike and he was so sweet and awesome. He came even before the time that they estimated he would be there. He was triple checking everything for me. He was so careful with everything he did and made sure everything was working before he left like he will checking everything 5 6 or every 7 etc... to make sure everything is good so you dont need to worry about it. Mike is 100% someone I trust to help with any plumbing problem I have.
